Your Journey Day by Day

Day 1: Salzburg – Music, Culture & Old-World Charm

Your adventure begins with a comfortable pickup from your Munich accommodation. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic drive through Bavaria as we head toward Austria.

Soon we arrive in the beautiful city of Salzburg, birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and one of Europe’s most charming historic cities.

We’ll explore the stunning baroque Old Town, where narrow streets, historic squares, and elegant churches create an atmosphere straight out of a fairytale.

During our visit we’ll explore Mozart’s Birthplace and Residence, admire the magnificent Salzburg Cathedral, and take the funicular up to the impressive Fortress Hohensalzburg, where breathtaking views stretch across the city and the surrounding Alps.

We’ll also stop at the scenic Mönchsberg viewing platform, offering one of the best panoramic photo spots in Salzburg.

After a traditional Austrian lunch at a charming local restaurant, we’ll check into one of Salzburg’s most beautiful hotels — the elegant 5-star Hotel Sacher Salzburg or the historic Hotel Goldener Hirsch.

The evening is free for you to relax, explore the Old Town, or enjoy dinner along the Salzach River.

Day 2: Hallstatt – Austria’s Most Beautiful Village

After a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, we set out on a scenic drive through the Austrian Alps toward one of Europe’s most photographed destinations — Hallstatt.

Nestled between towering mountains and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Hallstatt, this UNESCO World Heritage village looks like it belongs in a fairytale.

Our first stop is the spectacular Hallstatt Skywalk “Welterbeblick.” From this incredible viewpoint, perched 350 meters above the village, you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Next we explore the fascinating Hallstatt Salt Mine, the oldest salt mine in the world with over 7,000 years of history. Inside the mountain you’ll discover underground tunnels, wooden miner slides, a subterranean salt lake, and the remarkable story of salt mining in the Alps.

Before leaving Hallstatt, we’ll enjoy a traditional Austrian lunch at a lakeside restaurant, soaking in the incredible scenery one last time.

In the afternoon we begin our scenic drive back to Munich, giving you time to reflect on the unforgettable landscapes and experiences of the past two days.
