We’ll meet online for an extended private planning session of up to 3 hours and talk about your trip, your destinations, interests, travel style, budget and — just as importantly — how you actually want your vacation to feel.

Together, we’ll create your complete personalized itinerary.

Before you arrive, we can continue fine-tuning it with unlimited reasonable itinerary adjustments.

And throughout your vacation, you’ll have direct access to me through WhatsApp or iMessage whenever you need quick travel advice, recommendations or help adjusting your plans.

For a longer journey, we’ll also look carefully at the overall flow of your trip.

Where does it make sense to stay longer?

Which destinations combine naturally?

Where are you losing too much time traveling?

Could a beautiful stop between two hotels turn an otherwise boring travel day into one of the highlights of your vacation?

Those little details can make a huge difference over two weeks.

And unlike my standard travel-planning packages, you’re not limited to the itinerary we create during our first session.

If something changes or you have another idea before you arrive, we’ll adjust it.

Unlimited reasonable itinerary adjustments before your vacation are included.

“We love it here. Can we change the next two days?”

“Our train was cancelled. What would you recommend?”

And over an 8–14 day journey, there are naturally more opportunities for plans to change.
