VIP Concierge is my premium personal travel-planning and support service for travelers taking a 5–7 day vacation who want more than just an itinerary.

We’ll meet online for an extended private planning session of up to 3 hours and talk about your trip, your interests, your travel style, your budget and — just as importantly — what you don’t want to spend your vacation doing.

Together, we’ll create your personalized itinerary.

Before you arrive, we can continue fine-tuning it with unlimited reasonable itinerary adjustments.

And throughout your vacation, you’ll have direct access to me through WhatsApp or iMessage whenever you need quick travel advice, recommendations or help adjusting your plans.

Maybe you need a restaurant recommendation for tonight.

Maybe rain has ruined tomorrow’s outdoor plans.

Maybe you suddenly have a free afternoon.

Or perhaps you’re standing somewhere thinking:

Before Your Vacation

Good concierge support starts long before you arrive.

That’s why your VIP Concierge package includes an extended online planning session of up to 3 hours.

We’ll discuss your itinerary, destinations, hotels, transportation, restaurants, sightseeing, tickets and anything else important to your vacation.

And unlike my standard travel-planning packages, you’re not limited to the itinerary we create during our first session.

If something changes or you have another idea before you arrive, we’ll adjust it.

Unlimited reasonable itinerary adjustments before your vacation are included.

The goal is simple:

When your vacation finally begins, I want you to feel prepared rather than overwhelmed.

During Your Vacation – Just Ask Sepp

This is where VIP Concierge becomes different from my regular travel-planning services.

Throughout your 5–7 day vacation, you can contact me directly through WhatsApp or iMessage for quick travel-related questions and recommendations.

For example:

“Sepp, it’s raining tomorrow. What should we do instead?”

“We’re near Marienplatz. Where would you go for dinner?”

“We loved this place and want to stay longer. Can we change tomorrow’s plan?”

“We’re finished earlier than expected. Anything nearby worth seeing?”

Those are exactly the situations where having someone available can make traveling much easier.

Support is normally provided during reasonable daytime and evening hours in Central European Time, and a fair-use policy applies.
